Sana Khater

Sana Khater was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Investcorp Capital, effective September 1, 2025, succeeding Mohamed Aamer who served as interim CEO since March 2025. She brings over 35 years of financial and strategic leadership experience from international C-Suite positions across both listed and private companies, and successfully led businesses through international growth, complex transformations, capital allocations, and corporate governance initiatives.

Khater is recognized as a distinguished executive in Middle Eastern finance. She was named ICAEW's CFO of the Year and recognized by Forbes as one of the region's most powerful women. Her expertise spans private equity, real estate, asset management, and financial services. She has previously worked as an executive director at Aldar from 2021 to 2023 and served as chief financial officer at Waha Capital from 2010 to 2020.
