Saleh Al-Helaissi

Saleh Abdulrahman Al-Helaissi was appointed Chairman of the Audit Committee at Saudi Arabian Cooperative Insurance Company (SAICO) on July 16, 2025, designated as an independent committee member. He brings a multilingual background with academic certificates in several languages to complement his finance expertise.

Al-Helaissi holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Texas in 1985, as well as advanced qualifications including a Master's degree in Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chichester in the United Kingdom (2018), a master's degree in Finance and Accounting from the Middle East University in Jordan (2009), and a bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting from Mutah University in Jordan (1994). He holds professional certifications and is a member of Associations of Certified Public Accountants.

Al-Helaissi serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors and a member of committees for several local and international companies, as well as CEO and CFO of several companies. His prior roles include Investment Committee Member at SAICO (August 2021 onward), Deputy Chairman of Alsaghayir Contracting & Trading Co. (2009-2017), Audit Committee Chairman at Alsaghayir (2011-2017), Board & Audit Committee Member at Cell C (Pty.) Ltd. in South Africa (2008-2011), and Board & Audit Committee Member at Virgin Mobile S. Africa (Pty.) Ltd. (2008-2011).
