Sabir Sami is a restaurant industry executive who joined the board of directors of Chipotle Mexican Grill in September 2026. He spent sixteen years at Yum! Brands, where he served as chief executive of the KFC Division and, before that, as the division chief operating officer and as managing director of KFC Asia. He founded the consultancy Sami Advisory after leaving Yum! Brands.
