Russell Rodrigues

Russell Rodrigues is the Group Director of Internal Audit at Al-Futtaim Group, where he oversees the global internal audit function and ensures strong financial governance and risk management. He was appointed as a Non-Executive Director at Cenomi Retail following the completion of a private transaction in which Al-Futtaim Retail Co. acquired a 49.95% stake in the company.

With over 30 years at Al-Futtaim Group, he has held various roles spanning accounting, financial reporting, shared services, treasury, IT, and financial control, and has previously served as Chief Financial Officer of the Retail and Automotive Divisions. He joined Al-Futtaim in 1994. At the board level, he serves on Cenomi Retail's Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Executive Committee.

Rodrigues holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Bombay and is a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in India. He is also a Certified Management Accountant and Certified Financial Manager from the Institute of Management Accountants, India.
