Paul Latta

Paul Latta advises GMJ Technologies on business, finance, and investment matters. He has over 25 years of investment experience in equity research at Seattle-based investment banks. He spent over 15 years on various separate account products and hedge funds with assets totaling over $10 billion. He has participated in over $1 billion in corporate finance deal flow at an analytical level and as lead syndicate manager, including equity and debt offerings and mergers & acquisitions in both the public and private markets.

Paul led the Research Department at McAdams Wright Ragen (now RW Baird) for a decade, during which the department was recognized by CNBC TV for achieving multiple number one rankings in Barrons for stock picking performance. He was twice named a Wall Street Journal All Star Analyst.

Paul is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) who holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Washington. Before getting his MBA at Harvard Business School, Paul worked as a chemical engineer specializing in instrumentation and control systems. He is currently principal and portfolio manager at Cedar River Capital, a Seattle-based investment management firm.
