Noora Janahi

Noora Janahi joined SICO as Group Chief Legal Officer effective October 6, 2024. She brings over 16 years of extensive legal experience in investment banking services, corporate law, and legal services in banking and finance.

Throughout her career, she has orchestrated numerous major transactions in Bahrain, including mergers and acquisitions and public and private capital markets transactions. She has been admitted as a practising lawyer since 2012 and before the Court of Cassation and Constitutional Court since 2019, and she is a practicing arbitrator.

Janahi holds a Master's degree in International Business Law and a License in Law, both from Université de Bourgogne, France. She was recognised as an exceptional lawyer for four consecutive years from 2020 to 2023 in the Thomson Reuters Stand-out Lawyers ranking and was highly regarded by IFLR1000 in 2024. She is a member of the Lex Mundi network and the International Bar Association (IBA).
