Muhammad Bin Abdulrahman Alagil is Chairman (non-executive) of Jarir Marketing Company, the Saudi Arabia-based retail and wholesale leader. Abdulkarim Bin Abdulrahman Alagil serves as CEO and Vice Chairman (executive). The company was founded in Riyadh in 1974 and had a market cap of over $4.9 billion as of February 2024. Together with their brother Nasser, they lead a company operating across multiple business segments including retail outlets, wholesale, and e-commerce.

He completed the OPM Program in Management in 2002 from Harvard University. He also worked as a delegated lecturer at the Institute of Public Administration. Abdulkarim received his undergraduate degree from Harvard University.
