Minsok Pak

Minsok Pak has been appointed President, Chief Strategy and Transformation Officer of Refresco, a newly created role announced on July 16, 2026 and effective July 15, 2026. He sits on the Executive Committee and reports to Chief Executive Officer Steve Presley, leading Refresco's global enterprise strategy, mergers and acquisitions agenda, and a transformation programme spanning operational performance and commercial effectiveness.

Pak brings around 35 years of experience in consumer-facing industries and a record of international leadership. Most recently he served as Chief Executive Officer of CJ CheilJedang Foods, described as the largest food company in Korea, a business generating more than 9 billion dollars in revenue across more than 75 markets. He also served on the board of Primo Brands before joining Refresco.

Pak holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in Economics, with honors, from Oberlin College, where he served on the Board of Trustees.
