Mark McGowan

Mark P. McGowan joined Enova International's Board of Directors in March 2016 as managing partner of SAF Capital Management LLC, an investment and consulting firm he founded in November 2006. He was re-elected to the board in May 2026, though he subsequently resigned from the Board as part of a planned Board transition in July 2026.

Prior to founding SAF Capital Management, McGowan was Co-founder and Managing Partner of MPG Capital Management, LLC, a financial markets research firm that derived and licensed statistically validated algorithmic trading models and investment strategies for accredited and institutional investors. He previously worked within the Consumer and Market Knowledge function at Procter & Gamble, where he was instrumental in shaping marketing strategies for multiple brands and leading Market Mix Modeling and macroeconomic forecasting capabilities within Procter & Gamble's Homecare division.

McGowan served as Chairman of the Board of CombiMatrix Corporation from 2010 to March 2013 and on the Board of Directors of Premier Exhibitions, Inc. from September 2011 to October 2012. He received his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology, with a focus in Genomics and Molecular Genetics from Michigan State University.
