Maria Veltre joined Enova International's Board of Directors effective immediately as of July 2026. She brings more than three decades of experience in marketing, customer experience, digital platform development, pricing strategy, and product development, as well as regulatory compliance. She has been a long-standing supporter of women's advancement in the workplace, earning recognition as one of American Banker's Women to Watch in 2019.

Veltre is an Operating Partner at Lightyear Capital and serves as a Board Director at Allworth Financial, a Lightyear Fund V portfolio company. She serves as an Advisory Board member for Reserve Squad, a venture enabling companies to retain women in the workforce and advance gender equality.
