Majed Al Hassoun

Majed Al Hassoun joined State Street in December 2024 as Country Head Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, where he will act as CEO of State Street Saudi Arabia Financial Solutions and drive the firm's Middle East growth strategy. Al Hassoun has two decades of experience in the financial services industry, with particular expertise in investment banking across the Gulf region.

Al Hassoun spent 7 years at Citi in Saudi Arabia where he was Managing Director and Head of KSA Investment Banking. Before Citi, he spent 10 years at Saudi Fransi Capital as Director within Investment Banking. While at Saudi Fransi Capital, he worked on numerous landmark transactions across aviation, agribusiness, food and beverage, retail, real estate, healthcare and diversified industrials, including notable IPOs such as L'azurde and Bawan. He also completed a secondment at the National Center for Privatization and PPP in Saudi Arabia as a Senior Advisor to the CEO.
