Henri Österlund

Henri Österlund (b. 1971) is a Finnish investor and corporate governance professional who was elected Chairman of Remedy Entertainment's Board in October 2025 after serving as a board member since 2017. He is the founding partner of Accendo Capital, a firm specializing in activist investing through active ownership of companies. Österlund also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Accendo Capital Partners Oy since 2011 and as Chairman of SSH Communications Security Oyj since 2021.

Österlund holds a master's degree in economics from the Helsinki School of Economics (currently Aalto University). He began his career at Landesbank Schleswig-Holstein in Kiel, building extensive experience in international finance and corporate leadership.
