Henning Behre

Henning Behre is Managing Partner and Co-Founder of Altea Partners, a privately-owned merchant banking firm founded in 2024. He brings two decades of private capital and investment banking experience from Citigroup, specializing in real asset and credit advisory. He remains deeply involved in client deals and strategic decision-making—a hands-on leader committed to founder-level engagement.

Prior to Altea Partners, he was an investment banker at Deutsche Bank and Citigroup, where he worked on a wide range of public and private equity, equity-linked, debt, and derivatives transactions for issuers across the technology, financial services, industrials, and natural resources sectors. He and his co-founder launched Altea in 2024 with a team of under 10 professionals.
