Frederico Justus

With over 25 years of global leadership experience, Frederico Justus is the CEO of Egis in the Middle East and South Asia and a member of the Group's Executive Committee. Throughout his career, Frederico has led multinational organisations across the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia, including ten years in the Middle East, bringing extensive expertise in commercial growth, digital transformation, low-carbon operations, and large-scale project delivery. His track record includes managing multi-billion-dollar operations, forging innovation-led partnerships, and harnessing AI and data-driven solutions to enhance urban systems and infrastructure resilience.

Justus was appointed Chief Executive Officer for the Middle East and South Asia as part of Egis' broader reorganisation under the Impact the Future plan, designed to position the company among the world's top 10 construction engineering firms and double its turnover by 2029. He has been ranked #2 on Construction Week Middle East Power List 2026 as one of the region's most influential leaders in the built environment.

Trained as a Mechanical Engineer with a specialization in Strategic Marketing from Stanford, he has been working in the oil and gas industry since 1998. After 12 years working for Schlumberger, mainly in Latin America, he worked for Weatherford in various roles including VP of Europe, VP of Africa, and President of the Middle East and Asia operations.
