Fajer Al Pachachi

Fajer Al Pachachi was appointed Chief Operating Officer of Esterad Bank B.S.C (c), a wholesale Islamic bank licensed by the Central Bank of Bahrain, in April 2025. As COO, she oversees strategy, legal, operations, administration, fund administration, information technology, corporate communications, and investor relations. Al Pachachi brings more than 16 years of experience across investment management, strategic planning, operations, and business development.

Al Pachachi holds a Bachelor of Business Commerce from Concordia University in Canada and serves as Chair of the Technology & Digital Economy Committee at the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry. She has a proven track record of building organizations, driving growth strategies, and enhancing operational efficiency to deliver sustainable value.
