Fahad Mohammed Saleh Al Obailan, age 43, was appointed Group Chief Executive Officer and Director of BAAN Holding Group Company in 2024. BAAN Holding Group Company (formerly known as Abdulmohsen Al-Hokair Group until November 2024) operates as a diversified hospitality and entertainment provider, with operations spanning hotels, tourist resorts, furnished apartments, restaurants, entertainment centers, and commercial facilities across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Egypt.

Al Obailan brings over 21 years of experience and expertise driven by a passion for customer experience and innovation. He started his career in 2007 at Abdul Latif Jameel, holding multiple roles including Head of Lexus Riyadh and Senior General Manager. In 2019, he joined Seera Group as Vice President of Sales before becoming Chief Tourism Officer, and was instrumental in transforming Almosafer from an online travel agency into a holistic omnichannel travel brand serving leisure, religious, and MICE activities.

Al Obailan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from King Saud University (completed 2003) and an MBA mini program in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management (2012).
