Fadel Fawaz

Fadel Fawaz was appointed Chief Financial Officer of Arabian Food & Dairy Factories Company (FADECO) following successful completion of his probation period. He brings over 15 years of experience in financial management, financial reporting, budgeting, and strengthening internal control systems across the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), industrial, construction, retail, and distribution sectors.

Fawaz holds a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) certificate, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, and a bachelor's degree in accounting, in addition to certifications in leadership skills and forensic accounting. He earned his MBA in Business Administration from Beirut Arab University between 2014 and 2016.

He has professional experience in Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, and Nigeria, as well as experience in leading enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation and financial transformation projects. His previous roles include positions at Al Fransi Aluminum, MEDCO SAL, IBCo, and Sidani & Co.
