Emily White

Emily C. White is an American technology executive and president of Anthos Capital, a private equity and venture capital firm focused on consumer-oriented companies. She currently serves as Board Chair of Yerba Madre, the U.S. category leader in regenerative yerba mate beverages. Born August 31, 1978, White obtained her bachelor's degree at Vanderbilt University in Art History.

White spent the first nine years of her career at Google Inc, then left in late 2010 to join Facebook. At Google from 2001–2010, she ran North America, Asia Pacific & Latin America Online Sales & Operations, and the Emerging Businesses channel. At Facebook from 2010 to 2013, she held several leadership roles including Head of Business Operations for Instagram, where she was responsible for building and launching monetization products. She served as Chief Operating Officer at Snap Inc. from 2014 through 2015, during which she oversaw the rollout of Snapchat's first revenue stream, "Brand Story," ads.

Beyond her executive roles, White maintains an active board presence. She serves as an independent director of lululemon athletica inc., and has served on the boards of Lululemon, Zayo, X-Prize, and Graco. She also serves on the Executive Advisory Counsel for the National Center for Women & Information Technology.
