Dr Jan Hendrik Voss

Dr Jan Hendrik Voss was appointed Chairman of Sydney FC in June 2025 as part of a strategic board restructure aimed at elevating the club's international profile. A German-Australian business executive with more than 20 years' experience in sales, marketing and finance across the Americas, Asia and Europe, Voss brings multilingual capabilities to the role. Fluent in five languages—English, German, Italian, French, and Dutch—Voss brings a global perspective and deep experience in brand, performance, and strategic growth.

Voss joined Ferrari in 2014, where his career has been marked by significant progression. Starting at Ferrari's Maranello headquarters, he was responsible for global human resources, organizational development, and compliance, later expanding his scope to the Americas in sales and marketing leadership roles. Since 2020, Voss has served as President of Ferrari Australasia, where he enhanced the brand's presence and operations in Australia and New Zealand. In September 2025, he was appointed President of Ferrari Greater China, reflecting his continued elevation within the luxury automotive sector. He also sits on the board of Ferrari Insurance Services and the Arise Racing GT team in Australia.

Voss possesses an impressive educational background, including an Executive MBA from Harvard Business School and multiple Doctorates in Economics from UK-based institutions, along with advanced degrees in business and marketing. He completed his Executive MBA in General Management at Harvard Business School in 2022–2023. Prior to his automotive career, Voss held positions in finance as a banker at Investitionsbank Schleswig-Holstein and Sparkasse, establishing a solid foundation in banking and finance before transitioning to the luxury automotive sector.
