Dave Winston brings nearly 20 years of executive search experience to his role as Managing Partner of Caldwell Analytics. He has successfully placed nearly 500 C-suite, finance and P&L executives, with a focus on PE-backed manufacturing companies, and works with a team that has been together for over 15 years. He holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from Villanova University.

Before embarking on his corporate career, Winston spent 20 years serving as an officer in the US Marine Corps, where he held numerous flying assignments, served as the chief of global programs for the Special Operations Command, and served on the staff of Marine Weapons and Tactics Squadron One. Prior to his career in executive search, Winston was an owner and chief operating officer for a startup company that provided an outsourced supply chain for perfusionists and hospitals performing cardiac surgery procedures.
