Dave Hampton brings more than a decade of experience in influencer marketing technology to his new role at #paid. His extensive experience will accelerate #paid's AI and data strategy, positioning him to lead the company's mission to turn campaign data into actionable intelligence for creators and brands. Dave brings full-stack technology leadership spanning application development, security, compliance, IT, and DevOps, along with deep roots in digital and influencer marketing dating back to the category's early days in 2013.

Hampton is known for his ability to bridge complex engineering systems with business needs. When AI started taking off, he built tools across sales, customer service, legal, compliance, and HR that are still used day to day, demonstrating both technical depth and pragmatic business application. He is especially proud of work on AI-driven infrastructure and affiliate monetization tools while achieving enterprise-grade security and compliance standards.
