Caspar Rock

Caspar Rock was appointed Vice Chair of Schroders Wealth Management in July 2026, transitioning from his role as Chief Investment Officer, which he held for the past decade. In his new role, he will focus on some of the firm's most important client relationships globally, bringing together Schroders' investment, advisory and wealth capabilities for internationally connected families.

Rock holds a BA in Economics and Social Statistics from Exeter University. His investment career began in 1990 with the Industrial Bank of Japan in bond arbitrage, before moving into fund management, where he built expertise across multiple asset classes including European equities, global healthcare, and convertible bond arbitrage.
