Bhagyesh Dash

Bhagyesh Dash joined Anew Climate as Senior Vice President, International Compliance Carbon in October 2026, based in the company's Singapore office where he leads growth of the international compliance carbon business, originating and structuring transactions across CORSIA, Article 6 of the Paris Agreement, and emerging national carbon pricing regimes. Anew Climate is the world's largest generator of registry-tagged, verified carbon removals, delivering turnkey low-carbon solutions for industries meeting climate goals.

With over 25 years of experience in climate finance and commodities, Dash brings deep expertise in structured transactions and has previously helped develop firms' Middle East business and originated projects and client relationships across emerging markets. He is originally from India, moved to London as a teenager for studies and his first job at Arthur Andersen, then moved to Indonesia to work as a strategic consultant and corporate financial advisor in the mining, energy and resources sector for 12 years.

Since 2005 based in Singapore, much of Dash's work has involved raising capital for companies in the resources sector, including a forestry group with projects in Laos and Paraguay. He has been involved in setting up and developing 3 successful startup advisory and investment firms and is experienced in advising on raising capital, mergers and acquisitions transactions, and public listings.
