Becky Frankiewicz is Chief Executive Officer elect of ManpowerGroup. She joined the company in July 2017 as President of North America and has served as Chief Commercial Officer and President of ManpowerGroup North America and then as President and Chief Strategy Officer. She previously led Quaker Foods North America, a subsidiary of PepsiCo, and has served on the board of Energizer Holdings since January 2020.
