Atef Al Breiki is Tabreed's Chief Asset Management Officer, responsible for maximising value creation of the company's assets through portfolio management and value-driven decision-making. A UAE National with more than 20 years of progressive leadership across government-linked enterprises in the UAE energy and infrastructure sectors, AlBreiki brings deep expertise in operational transformation and strategic asset optimization to his current role.

In his previous role at Tabreed as Executive Vice President - Operations & Maintenance, he oversaw the company's district cooling asset portfolio, leading the workforce and serving hundreds of governments and private-sector clients across the UAE. In this position, he drove the development and execution of revenue-impacting operational excellence, as well as the O&M strategies and solutions that have given Tabreed its competitive edge in recent years. He holds a Master of Business Administration and Management from the London Business School, a bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering Technology (Hons) and has enrolled in Executive Professional Development programmes with internationally acclaimed institutions such as The Wharton School - University of Pennsylvania and Singularity University in Silicon Valley.
