Andy Randell

Andy Randell, P.Geo., was appointed to the Board of Directors of Earthwise Minerals Corp. in October 2026. Randell brings more than 20 years of mineral exploration experience, leadership roles in industry organizations and awards recognizing his contributions to Canada's mining sector, as well as direct experience with gold-focused structural geology and project generation. His expertise encompasses structural geology, project generation and gold exploration.

Randell graduated from Cardiff University in 1998 and relocated to Canada in 2007. His career has included roles with Victoria Gold Corp. and Ryan Gold Corp. He is the founder, chief executive officer, chief geologist and a director of Aeonian Resources Corp., and the founder and principal geoscientist of SGDS Hive, a geological consulting group established in 2013.

In 2016, Randell received the Canadian Young Mining Leaders Award from the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum, and in 2020, he received the Association for Mineral Exploration's Special Tribute Award. Randell has taught senior-level courses addressing Indigenous relations, sustainability, mining law and ethics at the British Columbia Institute of Technology and founded Below BC, a non-profit organization focused on public geoscience education and outreach.
