Abdullatif Manlla was appointed Head of Compliance and Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) for the UAE at Equiti Group in November 2025. He brings extensive experience in compliance, governance, and AML/CFT frameworks within the UAE's financial sector.

Manlla's educational background is supported by knowledge of UAE Financial Rules and Regulations, certified by The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI), and he studied at Aleppo University. In his current role, Manlla oversees Equiti's compliance strategy and ensures continued alignment with international best practices and regulatory standards.
