Abdullah Albraikan

Eng. Abdullah bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz AlBraikan was appointed Managing Director of Retal Urban Development Company effective April 13, 2026, following his promotion from Chief Executive Officer. AlBraikan brings over 15 years of experience in urban development and institutional transformation, having been recognized as one of the most impactful real estate leaders in 2025.

AlBraikan holds a bachelor's degree in Architecture from the College of Architecture and Planning at King Faisal University. He began his professional journey in 2008 as a Project Engineer at Mohammed & Abdullah AlSubaie Company (later AIMS Holding), then joined Emaar Saudi Arabia before managing major projects at AlFozan Holding. He also worked at Abdullatif & Mohammed Al-Fozan Co. as Project Manager from 2011 to 2012. Beyond his corporate roles, in 2016 he served as Vice Chairman of the Housing and Urban Development Committee at the Asharqia Chamber, contributing to advancing urban planning and strengthening the housing sector.

AlBraikan founded Retal Urban Development in 2012 and headed it as CEO until April 2026. Under his leadership, Retal revealed projects worth over $3.7 billion in November 2024, including Nassaj Al-Fursan 2, Ewan Khuzam, and Ewan Rigan. In 2024, the company had total assets of over $1 billion and recorded revenues of $550.2 million. His leadership advances sustainable urban projects aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
