Walid Soueidi, Chief Executive Officer, Partners & Beyond Lebanon

Partners & Beyond has appointed Walid Soueidi as Chief Executive Officer of its Lebanon business. The consulting and business advisory firm announced the appointment on 3 September 2026, with Soueidi reporting to Founder and Group Chief Executive Officer Wael Moukahal.

Soueidi brings more than two decades of experience in communications and business advisory across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and the wider Gulf. The firm said his background in strategy, organisational development and business transformation would help it deliver greater value to clients and strengthen its impact in Lebanon and the region.

Partners & Beyond positions itself around strategy, organisational development and business transformation, working with clients across Lebanon and neighbouring markets. Installing a dedicated chief executive for the Lebanon business, reporting into the group, points to a firm formalising its country leadership as it looks to scale rather than run the market directly from the top.

The timing is notable. Lebanon's professional services firms have spent recent years navigating a severe economic contraction, currency collapse and a thin investment climate, conditions that have pushed advisers to rebuild around regional mandates and clients with hard currency revenue. A leader whose track record sits largely in the Gulf signals where Partners & Beyond expects the growth to come from, even as it keeps a Beirut base.

For Soueidi, the move is a step from communications and advisory roles into full country leadership, with responsibility for the Lebanon team, its client relationships and its contribution to the group. How quickly he can convert regional relationships into local mandates will be the early test of the appointment.
