World Travel Market London returns to ExCeL London for three days, opening on the third of November and closing on the fifth, in the year twenty twenty six. The event is run by RX, the exhibitions business formerly trading as Reed Exhibitions, and is one of the two largest travel trade shows in the world.

The halls are organised by region, with national tourism boards taking the largest stands and the technology, aviation and accommodation suppliers grouped separately. Alongside the exhibition, the show runs a conference programme and a hosted buyer operation that schedules meetings between exhibitors and the travel trade.

London has hosted the show since the nineteen eighties and the November slot has become the point in the calendar at which the industry settles contracting for the following season. Destination marketing budgets, airline route announcements and hotel distribution agreements are routinely timed to the week.

ExCeL London sits on the Royal Victoria Dock in the east of the city, with direct rail connections to the centre. The venue has carried the show for most of the past two decades, and its scale is one of the reasons the London edition has kept its position against competing events.

For boards and search committees in travel, aviation and hospitality, the week is a concentration point for leadership moves. Executive Moves reports the appointments that follow.
