Cityscape Global 2026 takes place from 16 to 19 November 2026 at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham, north of the Saudi capital, bringing developers, investors, policymakers and design and technology firms together for the largest real estate event in the region.

The show is organised by Tahaluf, the Riyadh-based joint venture between Informa and the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones that also runs LEAP and Black Hat MEA. Since its move from Dubai to Riyadh, Cityscape Global has become the principal showcase for Saudi Arabia's development pipeline, with the Kingdom's giga-projects, master developers and government real estate bodies taking large exhibition presences alongside private developers from across the Gulf and international markets.

For executives the event matters because it is where the Saudi real estate market is presented, priced and financed in one place. Launches of residential and mixed-use projects, sales of off-plan inventory, announcements of joint ventures with international developers and hotel operators, and the signing of financing and construction agreements are concentrated in the four days. The conference programme brings together the chief executives of the giga-projects and master developers, the housing and municipal authorities, the Public Investment Fund's real estate arms, regional and international investors, and the architects, engineers and proptech companies working in the market.

The 2026 agenda is expected to cover the themes that have defined recent editions: capital flows into Saudi real estate, the opening of the market to foreign ownership, the growth of the mortgage and real estate finance sector, tourism and hospitality development, and the technology and sustainability standards being written into new developments. A dedicated investment forum and a design and architecture strand run within the wider programme.

For boards and executive teams at developers, contractors, real estate funds, banks and hospitality groups, Cityscape Global is the one week of the year when the Saudi market's decision makers are in the same building. It has also become an important venue for executive hiring in the sector, as developers and consultancies expand their Riyadh operations.

Registration, exhibitor listings and the conference agenda are available on the official event site.
