SkyWater Technology is a semiconductor technology company that has been acquired by IonQ, Inc, in a transaction recently completed at the time of IonQ's August 2026 board announcement.
Timothy Baxter was chairman of the SkyWater Technology board of directors until the acquisition, and has since joined the IonQ board.
