Kuwait Airways is the national carrier of Kuwait. Under Decree 77 of 2026 it is being transformed into a fully state owned shareholding company.
A new board formed by the Kuwait Investment Authority nominated Nasser Al-Roudhan as chairman and Abdulmohsen Al-Mukhaizeem as vice chairman at its first meeting on 6 September 2026.
