The International Sustainability Standards Board is the body within the IFRS Foundation that develops global sustainability related financial disclosure standards. It was created to provide a common baseline for sustainability reporting alongside IFRS Accounting Standards. In August 2026 the Foundation's Trustees announced a five year plan including a new seat for the board in Geneva.
