Abu Dhabi Investment Council is a state investment institution in the emirate of Abu Dhabi, with a portfolio put at about 160 billion dollars.
Its private equity division is led by Alain Carrier as executive director. In September 2026 the council appointed Lori Hall-Kimm as chief investment officer, private equity, reporting to Carrier.
