Fesh Fash Snack Food Production, a Saudi Arabia-based packaged snack manufacturer, appointed Waleed Ibrahim Al-Mahous as Chairman and Saud Al Nujaidi as Vice Chairman effective March 27, 2026, following shareholder approval in January. The board also appointed Najeeb Hamad Al-Humaid as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer and Abdulrahman bin Juhaim as Board Secretary. The restructuring, announced via the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) on March 30, completes a four-year board cycle and signals leadership continuity at the Riyadh-based company during a period of strong financial performance.

The appointments emerged from the company's ordinary general meeting in January 2026, where shareholders elected a new slate of directors for the 2026-2030 term. The board subsequently approved formation of a nomination and remuneration committee chaired by Vice Chairman Al Nujaidi, with members Yazid Al-Tamimi and Ghali Awda. Al-Mahous, Al-Tamimi and Mohammed Tariq Al-Mahous also join the board as members. The company noted that regulatory representatives before the Capital Market Authority and Tadawul will remain unchanged, ensuring continuity in capital market compliance and reporting relationships.

Al-Mahous brings extensive ties to Fesh Fash's founding family and ownership structure. He has held prior board positions at the company and represents the Al-Mahous family interests, which have been integral to the firm since its establishment in 1981 as a privately held unlimited liability company. Al-Humaid, appointed to the top executive role, previously served on the board and brings operational management experience to the chief executive position at a critical juncture for the company.

Fesh Fash manufactures snack foods including puffed corn under the Fesh Fash, Cooora and Mini Cooora brands; potato chips under Zizo and Fish Fash Chips brands; and potato pellets under the Garameesh brand. The company operates approximately 14 sales outlets across Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Kuwait and Bahrain, making it a regional player in the packaged snacks sector. The company converted to closed joint-stock status in 2017-2018 and now trades on the Nomu market, a segment of Tadawul catering to smaller and emerging companies. Market capitalisation as of mid-2026 stands at approximately 117 million Saudi riyals.

The appointment timing reflects favourable market conditions for Fesh Fash. Analyst reports from early 2026 show the company delivered exceptional earnings growth, with one year of 54 per cent bottom-line gains and three-year earnings per share expansion of 209 per cent, though recent valuations appear stretched relative to sector averages. The company's P/E ratio of 26.6 times exceeds the Saudi market median of roughly 17 times, suggesting investor expectations for sustained profitable growth. Some analysts note earnings momentum, though at valuations elevated for a packaged food company, warrant close scrutiny of whether recent performance gains can persist under the new leadership structure.
