Enzo Villani has been appointed President of Alpha Compute Corp. (Nasdaq: ALP), effective July 16, 2026, expanding his mandate as Executive Chairman and Chief Investment Officer. The appointment occurs as the Nasdaq-listed AI infrastructure company transitions from deployment phase into revenue-generating operations, having just secured its first major enterprise GPU lease contract valued at $32.2 million over two years. Villani will retain his CIO duties under a newly formed Presidents Office, overseeing corporate strategy, capital allocation, and operational execution across the company while working alongside Chief Executive Officer Brittany Kaiser. The company said it expects no material change to previously disclosed strategy, operations, or financial guidance following the transition.

The appointment reflects a deliberate leadership realignment at Alpha Compute as the company accelerates its buildout of NVIDIA Blackwell GPU infrastructure in Canada and Sweden. Villani's expanded operational responsibilities come roughly two months after Alpha Compute closed a majority acquisition of GAMEE, the Telegram-native gaming platform with 120 million registered users, and six weeks after the company rebranded from AlphaTON Capital Corp. to Alpha Compute Corp. in April 2026. No external search firm involvement has been disclosed. Villani stated that his new role centers on giving Alpha Compute's mission to deliver AI infrastructure at scale the full attention it merits, particularly as the company advances its vertically integrated confidential computing strategy.

Villani brings a 20-year track record in fintech, blockchain, and strategic M&A spanning Fortune 500 companies, private equity, and venture capital platforms. He holds an MBA from Cornell University Johnson Graduate School of Management and completed his undergraduate degree at Iona College. His prior roles include founder and CEO of Alpha Sigma Capital (a hedge fund that realized 11 unicorns since inception in 2020), Chief Strategy Officer of Transform Group (which represented the launch of over 37 percent of the alt-coin market capitalization by 2019), and Head of International Strategy and Innovation at cryptocurrency exchange OKEx. Villani co-founded Nasdaq Global Corporate Solutions and served as Managing Director of Products and Strategy at Nasdaq from 2001 to 2006. He also held positions at Lehman Brothers, investment advisory firms including H.I.G. Capital and D.F. King, and various blockchain ventures including Blockchain Wire and Blockchain Moon Acquisition Corp. His professional network extends across institutional finance, technology, and digital assets sectors.

Alpha Compute operates as a high-performance GPU infrastructure and confidential-compute technology company serving the artificial intelligence economy. The company, incorporated in the British Virgin Islands with offices across North America and Europe, owns and operates NVIDIA Blackwell GPU clusters configured with Intel Trusted Execution Environments (TEEs) for hardware-enforced privacy in AI workloads. The company's first enterprise-scale deployment, ALPHA-01 in Canada comprising 504 NVIDIA B200 GPUs, went live in May 2026 and secured the foundation customer contract. A second cluster of 576 NVIDIA B300 GPUs is under construction in Sweden at Equinix's AtNorth facility, targeting Q3 2026 deployment. Alpha Compute projects $72 million in annualized revenue once four planned clusters are operational, and reported a qualified sales pipeline exceeding $200 million across AI research, enterprise, and sovereign customers as of mid-2026.

Villani's elevation signals that Alpha Compute's leadership believes the company has moved beyond initial deployment and is entering a phase demanding focused operational execution and strategic capital deployment. The timing suggests Alpha Compute intends to accelerate revenue conversion from its deep pipeline and integrate the GAMEE acquisition into its broader confidential compute ecosystem. Villani's deep experience in M&A consolidation, having previously consolidated over ten service companies representing 5,000 public companies and raising $500 million in capital, aligns with the company's apparent strategy of building through both infrastructure deployment and strategic acquisitions. The appointment occurs one day before Alpha Compute files its Form 20-F annual report with financial results and hosts an investor webinar on July 16, positioning Villani's expanded role alongside public disclosure of the company's latest financial position and strategic outlook.
