Veronique Denis-Pelliet joined DHR Global in May 2026 as Partner in its Technology and Retail & Consumer Practices in Singapore. A seasoned executive with over 10 years of experience in executive search, ESG leadership, sales, and international business development, Denis-Pelliet has successfully led multicultural teams and driven growth in Southeast Asia, China, Europe, and Singapore. She rejoins DHR with prior experience at the firm and a background spanning executive search, leadership consulting, and international business development across Asia and Europe.

Most recently, she served as client partner and head of ESG practice, Asia-Pacific, at global talent advisory firm Pedersen & Partners. Her earlier career demonstrates deep technology sector expertise: Denis-Pelliet worked in the IT/Software and Telecommunication industry for more than 20 years, 15 of which were with Orange Group. Her last corporate role was with Orange Business Services as China Business Development Director for seven years based out of Shanghai, following a successful stint of five years as Head of International Bid Management, splitting her time between Paris and London.
