Steve Jiang

Steve Jiang joined DHR Global on June 1, 2026, as Managing Partner in its Industrial Practice Group in Shanghai. Jiang brings more than 30 years of experience across executive search, management consulting, business leadership, and engineering. He works with multinational and Chinese enterprises on senior leadership needs across industrial and automotive markets, with a strong understanding of China's market dynamics and the operating pressures the country's organizations face.

His work has included senior talent acquisition, C-suite and board assignments, executive coaching, and leadership advisory across industrial, automotive, technology, diversified manufacturing, and life sciences markets. He places CEOs and presidents of Asia Pacific and China; presidents of global and regional business divisions; heads of operations, supply chain and purchasing; as well as corporate officers including CHROs, CFOs, CTOs, and CIOs.

Jiang earned a Master of Business Administration in finance from the Wharton School, a master's degree in international management from the International University of Japan, and a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from Zhejiang University.
