Yazeed Almubarak

Yazeed Almubarak is Managing Director and Head of BlackRock Middle East and CEO of BlackRock Saudi Arabia. He was selected as a 2026 Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum, reflecting his standing as one of the region's leading financial executives. Mr. Almubarak is responsible for leading and overseeing BlackRock's Middle East business, devising and executing strategic growth initiatives across the region.

Mr. Almubarak earned a B.S. in industrial and systems engineering with an honor distinction from King Fahad University for Petroleum and Minerals and an MBA from Stanford University. He is a member of the board of directors of BlackRock Saudi Arabia (BSA) and Saudi Aramco Gas Pipeline Company (AGPC).

He was elected to serve as a Committee Member at the Capital Markets Institutions Committee (CMIC) between 2020 and 2022, representing the investment management industry.
