Ali Sandila

Ali Sandila was appointed CEO of EFG International's Dubai Advisory Office effective December 1, 2022, replacing Sascha Pietrek who stepped down to pursue personal interests. In his role, Sandila focuses on strengthening EFG's presence in the United Arab Emirates and driving accelerated business growth from the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

Sandila has over two decades of experience in wealth management and private banking. He joined EFG in 2019 when the bank commenced operations in Dubai and was appointed Head of Private Banking in Dubai that same year, playing a pivotal role in growing EFG's business in the market over three years. His educational background includes an MBA from Hult International Business School.
