Shee Tse Koon

Shee Tse Koon is Group Executive and Group Head of Consumer Banking and Wealth Management at DBS, a leading Asian financial services group. Prior to this role, he served as Country Head of DBS Singapore, where he was responsible for anchoring the Singapore franchise with sustainable revenue drivers and strong market presence. With 29 years of experience in the financial industry and deep familiarity with DBS Group, Shee was appointed President Commissioner of PT Bank DBS Indonesia effective November 20, 2024.

Shee Tse Koon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with Merit in Economics and Philosophy from National University of Singapore. He brings over 22 years of banking experience honed across a range of front and back office functions, as well as stints in different regions including Asia, the Middle East and the United Kingdom. Shee was recognized as an 'IBF Distinguished Fellow' for Corporate Banking by The Institute of Banking & Finance in 2021.

Beyond his executive roles, Shee serves on the Board of Directors of NETS Pte Ltd, is Chairman of the Association of Banks in Singapore (ABS), a member of the Advisory Board for Wealth Management at Singapore Management University, and a Board Member of Nanyang Polytechnic. He champions gender diversity and is a mentor with BoardAgender by Singapore Council of Women's Organisation.
