ANAX Developments has appointed Raja Alameddine as Chief Executive Officer of the real estate arm of ANAX Holding, a Dubai-based investment conglomerate. The appointment, announced in early May, marks a strategic leadership change as the developer seeks to expand its footprint in the UAE's luxury residential market.
Alameddine will oversee ANAX Developments' strategic direction, driving sustainable growth and international expansion while shaping the company's positioning in luxury real estate. Satish Sanpal, Founder and Chairperson of ANAX Holding, stated in the announcement that the company sees the current market period as a moment to prepare for growth ahead, while strengthening operations and ensuring project deliveries remain on track. Sanpal said Alameddine brings deep understanding of the real estate landscape and proven management expertise across global enterprises. Alameddine brings over 30 years of experience in regional and international real estate development. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer at Colliers International for the MENA region, a position he held starting in 2023. Earlier in his career, he served as Chief Executive Officer at Lootah Real Estate Development and held senior leadership roles at Gulf Related, Solidere International, and Jeddah Economic Company. Throughout his career, he has led large-scale master-planned cities and complex mixed-use developments across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt. He holds an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from American University of Beirut.
