Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair was born in 1965 or 1966 and is a Saudi billionaire property developer. He was reappointed as Chairman of Arabian Centres Co. (Cenomi Centers) on June 19, 2025, a position he has held since 2017. Alhokair holds a PhD in Economics and Accounting from Loughborough University, UK, earned in 2008, and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same university in 1989.

In 1989, he founded Fawaz Abdulaziz Alhokair Group with his two brothers, and started with just two menswear stores. The company now has 19 shopping malls in Saudi Arabia, and the local franchise rights to brands including Zara, Banana Republic, Gap, Nine West and Topshop. Alhokair was named "Entrepreneur of the Year" by Arabian Business magazine in 2013 and has been recognized by Forbes Middle East as one of the most influential Arab businessmen. In December 2022, the group announced a major rebrand consolidating Arabian Centres and Alhokair Fashion Retail under the unified Cenomi brand.
