Andrew Sykes

Andrew Sykes was appointed to the ICG plc Board as a Non-Executive Director in March 2018 and is currently Senior Independent Director. He spent 26 years of his executive career at Schroders PLC, where he held senior investment banking and investment management roles, and also chaired the Schroder Group's private banking businesses. He is an experienced director of UK-listed companies with deep knowledge of the financial services sector and corporate governance requirements.

Andrew was Senior Independent Director of ICG until March 2022 when he was appointed as Interim Chair, a role he held until January 31, 2023, when he returned to his position as Senior Independent Director.
