Silvia Milián Bon

Silvia Milián Bon was appointed as a member of the Risk Committee of FBD Holdings plc and FBD Insurance plc, effective October 23, 2026. She brings over 25 years of insurance industry experience across strategy and technology, with expertise in digital transformation and AI/Data capabilities. Milián Bon has worked with insurance companies worldwide, leading complex digital transformation projects covering digital channels, core insurance systems, and AI/Data capabilities deployed both on-premise and in cloud environments.

She was a Managing Director with Accenture before stepping down from her executive career in 2023 to focus on non-executive interests. At Accenture, she held several senior international positions. She served as Accenture's strategy and consulting lead for insurance in Iberia (Spain and Portugal) and was the lead for the Efma-Accenture Innovation in Insurance award program. In this role, she was a managing director in Accenture's Insurance industry group.

Currently Milián Bon holds advisory board and senior advisor positions at several financial services organisations, consulting firms and technology companies. She is educated at IESE Business School and is based in Madrid, Spain. She holds multiple professional certifications including memberships in Instituto de Consejeros-Administradores and CIBG.
