Mazin Abdulrazzaq AlRomaih was appointed Chairman of the Board of Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Company in January 2026 for a four-year term ending January 2030. A Saudi business and investment leader with more than 30 years of experience across financial services, investment, capital markets, healthcare, transportation, and real estate, AlRomaih brings deep expertise spanning regulatory oversight, investment banking, and institutional governance.

AlRomaih earned a Bachelor of Accounting and Financial Management from University of Buckingham. He is currently Founder & CEO of Future Generation Investment Company, Chairs the Board of King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Center, and Chair of the Board Saudi Tadawul Group. He also holds Board Membership in Real Estate Development Fund and NEOM.
