Tim Crowe

Tim Crowe graduated from the University of Limerick with a BSc in Production Engineering and MSc in Project Management. He co-founded WrxFlo in Limerick in 2019 with fellow former Dell manufacturing leaders Ken Sheehan and Jennifer Kelly. Throughout his career at Dell, Crowe set up several factories globally, holding roles including Engineering Director, Director of Chengdu Operations, Factory Managing Director, and leading the global factory continuous improvement programme.

WrxFlo, based in Limerick, creates software that helps large industrial manufacturers and logistics businesses manage their operations. The company raised €3 million in a recent funding round led by Elkstone, with participation from existing investors Furthr VC and Enterprise Ireland. The investment will be used to accelerate WrxFlo's expansion in the UK and US, drive continued development of its SaaS platform, and support ambitions to grow from 60 to 200 employees by 2028.

The platform has helped clients reduce operational costs by up to 40% and improve productivity by 25% across production lines. WrxFlo recently achieved a 25% productivity increase for Yorkshire-based offsite manufacturer Thurston Group across four sites, resulting in stronger data discipline and reduced waste and rework. Crowe has stated that WrxFlo was built from first-hand experience of running complex manufacturing and supply chain operations, as he and his co-founders have walked in the shoes of their customers.
