Naveed Irshad is an insurance executive appointed regional chief executive for Indonesia, the Philippines and Africa at Prudential plc in September 2026. He spent much of his career at Manulife, where he was president and chief executive of Manulife Canada and earlier president and chief executive of Manulife Singapore, and held senior roles at RGA. He has chaired the Canadian Life and Health Insurance Association.
