David Pawelke

David Pawelke was appointed President of MAJIQ on October 7, 2026, succeeding Steve Latham who retired after more than 30 years. MAJIQ is a leading provider of manufacturing execution (MES) and enterprise software purpose-built for the pulp and paper industry and part of Constellation Software Inc. (TSX: CSU).

Pawelke's experience spans pulp and paper manufacturing, industrial software and executive leadership. He has previously served MAJIQ as project manager, vice-president (VP) of sales and marketing and, most recently, chief operating officer (COO). He attended the University of Wisconsin and has been with MAJIQ for 28 years since 1998.
